主要从事动物营养与免疫、动物分子营养、饲用益生菌的研究与开发等方面的研究工作。在Food & Function、Frontiers in Microbiology、Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Poultry Science等国际刊物上发表第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文14篇,主持及参与国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目7项。
